Known Issues

Layer separation

Cause: Moisture in filament or insufficient chamber temperature

Fix: Dry filament thoroughly before printing. Ensure enclosure maintains stable temperature.

Clogging / heat creep

Cause: Carbon fiber content (in PAHT-CF variants) is abrasive - brass nozzles wear rapidly

Fix: Use hardened steel or ruby nozzle. 0.6mm nozzle recommended to reduce clogging risk.

Warping and lifting

Cause: Insufficient bed temperature or open-frame printing

Fix: Enclosure required. Use PEI, Garolite, or glass with adhesive. Bed at 100°C+.

Poor bridging

Cause: Fans off means no active cooling for bridges

Fix: Keep bridges short. Use supports for anything over 30mm.
