By using FixMyPrint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of FixMyPrint, including the web app at fixmyprint3d.com and our mobile applications.

FixMyPrint is an AI-powered 3D printing assistant that provides: • Settings Generator - AI-generated slicer settings for your printer and filament • Fix My Print - Specific adjustments to fix common print failures • Photo Diagnosis (Pro) - GPT-4o Vision analysis of failed print photos The service is provided by MoosePunch Interactive.

You must create an account to use FixMyPrint. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls • Upload images that contain illegal content • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI prompts • Resell or redistribute FixMyPrint's outputs without permission • Use automated tools to make bulk requests

FixMyPrint uses AI to generate 3D printing settings and diagnoses. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated settings are recommendations, not guarantees • Always verify settings are appropriate for your specific hardware • We are not responsible for damage to printers, filament, or prints resulting from AI recommendations • Settings should be used as a starting point and adjusted based on your results

FixMyPrint offers a Free tier and a Pro subscription at $9.99/month. • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe • You may cancel at any time from your Profile settings • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • No refunds for partial billing periods • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

FixMyPrint and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by MoosePunch Interactive. You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI systems to provide the service.

FixMyPrint is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • AI-generated settings will be accurate for your specific hardware • The service will meet your specific requirements Use AI recommendations at your own risk.

MoosePunch Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FixMyPrint, including damage to your 3D printer, wasted filament, or failed prints. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
