Poor bed adhesion
Cause: Nylon doesn't grip PEI well
Fix: Use garolite (Tufnol) or a glue stick layer on PEI
Warping on big flat parts
Cause: Shrinkage as part cools
Fix: Use a heated enclosure and a wide brim
