Known Issues
Eats brass nozzles
Cause: Carbon fibers are highly abrasive
Fix: Use a hardened steel or ruby-tipped nozzle
Clogs in 0.4mm nozzles
Cause: Long fibers bridge across the nozzle bore
Fix: Move to 0.5mm or 0.6mm hardened nozzle
Brittle in thin sections
Cause: Fibers reduce inter-layer ductility
Fix: Increase wall count to 4+ for structural prints
